chemical analysis of iron based materials (raw iron, cast iron, steel, welded metal, filler material, ...), analysis of solid fuels and solid biofuels (content of water, ash, volatile matter, total sulfur, gross calorific value and calculation of net calorific value), chemical analysis of cooper aluminium and nickel based materials, chemical and physical-chemical analysis of waste water and water for boiler operation, chemical analysis of slag, ash and deposits on tubes of thermal power engineering units

Mechanical Tests
tensile test, hardness test, impact bending test, fracture test, flattening test of tube, driftint test of tube, ring drifting test of tube, ring tensile test of tube, ovality test

Metallography
measurement of weld size, evaluation of structure (macrostructure, microstructure, resistant to intercrystallic corrosion), determination of delta ferrite content

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTS - NDT

Defectoscopy
radiographic test - RT, ultrasonic test - UT, penetrant testing - PT, magnetic particle testing - MT, visual testing - VT, leakage test - LT, ultrasonic thickness measurement - UTT
